- Filing/Withdraw Deadline is June 1 at NOON. If June 1st falls on a weekend the deadline will be the following Monday at NOON.
- Withdrawals must be received by the Clerk's office in writing and signed by the candidate prior to June 1 at NOON.

Write-In Affidavit
- K.S.A. 25-305
- A person who wishes to run as a write-in candidate for national, state, county or a 1st class city office, MUST file an affidavit of write-in candidacy to have those votes tabulated.
- Write-In Candidates for County and 1st Class Cities will file at the County Clerk's Office.
- All other Candidates will file at the Secretary of States Office.
- The deadline to file the affidavits is at NOON on the fourth Monday preceding an General Election.
